How we work

No guesswork above your head.

Good roofing begins before anyone lifts a tile. Our process turns uncertainty into a clear, appropriate scope of work.

01

Inspect

We examine the roof covering, structure, junctions and drainage—not only the stain on the ceiling.

02

Diagnose

We identify how water is moving, what has failed and whether the problem is local or systemic.

03

Specify

You receive the appropriate repair or roofing solution, explained clearly and scoped properly.

04

Deliver

The work is completed with disciplined preparation, careful detailing and a clean handover.

Made to weather beautifully.

Traditional tile, modern metal and carefully detailed waterproofing—each roof solved on its own terms.

Roofing questions

Before the first tile moves.

01Can you trace a leak that only appears in heavy wind?

Yes. Wind-driven rain often enters far from the visible ceiling stain. We inspect roof junctions, flashings, ridges, valleys, underlay and drainage to trace the actual route.

02When should a roof be refurbished instead of replaced?

A refurbishment is appropriate when the structure and most of the covering remain sound. Widespread structural movement, failing underlay or heavily deteriorated tiles may make replacement the better long-term decision.

03Do you work with both tiled and metal roofs?

Yes. The site covers tiled, standing-seam metal and flat-roof waterproofing systems, along with complete new roof structures and roof replacements.

04Which areas do you cover?

False Bay Rooves is positioned for the False Bay coastline and surrounding Southern Peninsula, from Muizenberg through Kalk Bay and Fish Hoek to Simon’s Town.
