Campaign structure, keyword strategy, conversion tracking, landing page alignment and budget management. Must understand the economics of paid search and be able to communicate them to business owners.
Web Designers
Static site design, landing page builds, conversion-focused layouts and performance optimisation. Must be able to take a brief and deliver a working page without hand-holding.
Lead Generation & Automation
n8n workflows, CRM integration, form-to-lead routing, follow-up sequences and practical automation design. Must understand how lead systems connect to sales outcomes.
AI Automation Specialists
AI search optimisation, generative engine optimisation, agentic workflows, n8n automation, CRM integration and practical AI applications in marketing. Must understand how to build systems that save time and generate outcomes.
Link Building Specialists
Earned link acquisition, digital PR, outreach, resource page link building, broken link replacement and editorial placement. Must have established relationships with editors and a track record of securing quality backlinks.
Social Media Buyers
Paid social campaign management across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. Must understand audience targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, pixel tracking and how social ads connect to landing pages and lead capture.
Requirements
What we require.
- You bring business with you. Every team member must have their own network, prospecting ability and closing skills. You are responsible for generating leads and converting them. We do not assign leads from a central pool.
- You already do the work. We hire people who are already delivering SEO, ads, design or automation for clients — not people who want to learn on the job. You must have a portfolio and case studies.
- You work remotely. This is a remote-first operation. You need your own equipment, reliable internet and the discipline to manage your own time and deadlines without supervision.
- You communicate directly with clients. There is no account manager layer between you and the client. You present your work, answer questions, handle objections and maintain the relationship.
- You invoice for what you close. Compensation is structured around the work you bring in and deliver. Clear terms, no surprises and no salary for people who are not producing.
