The Miami market
An international city and a neighbourhood city sharing one postcode.
Brickell and Downtown carry banking, finance and international trade with Latin America, and most multinationals running the Americas from one timezone base their regional headquarters here. Wynwood holds the technology and creative scene. Coral Gables and Coconut Grove are professional services and established wealth. Property is an industry in its own right — Lennar and the Related Group build here rather than just sell here — and Miami Beach, Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour run on hospitality, tourism and short-term lets. Three of the world's largest cruise lines, Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Norwegian, are headquartered in the city, alongside American Airlines at MIA and Bacardi. Doral and Hialeah are logistics, trade and a dense small-business economy that runs almost entirely in Spanish, and Kendall is family retail and services.
The language split is the part outsiders get wrong. Spanish is the default for local commerce across large parts of the county, while property and finance work in English and Spanish together. Building one English site and hoping is the most common mistake here, and it is also the opening: the businesses that serve both audiences properly own twice the search surface.
We do not guess at any of it. The first month goes into your site, your competitors and your enquiry data, and the ongoing quote follows what that actually showed.
