Our stance
Seven Things We Won't Do for Your SEO.
And the one thing we will.
1. We won't guarantee a #1 ranking.
Anyone who promises this is lying or using black-hat tactics that will eventually get caught. We fix what's broken, build what's missing, and measure what changes. That's the honest scope.
2. We won't build 50 identical city pages.
You don't serve 50 cities. We'll build location pages for the places you actually work, with content that's useful to someone in that area. Not a template with the suburb name swapped.
3. We won't mass-produce AI content.
AI is useful for drafts and structure. It's not useful for publishing unsupervised content that damages your site's credibility. Everything goes through a human who understands your business.
4. We won't pretend to have a London office.
We're in South Africa. We serve UK clients transparently. The hours overlap. The delivery is direct. The cost is lower because the operating model is efficient - not because we cut corners.
5. We won't report traffic without checking if it's real.
We built BotExorcist to audit paid traffic for bots. We apply the same rigour to organic. If your "growth" includes automated visits, we'll tell you before celebrating the number.
6. We won't sell you SEO and ignore what happens after the click.
We also build websites, run Google Ads, manage security, and answer missed calls with an AI receptionist. Your SEO connects to those systems because they're all part of the same customer journey.
7. We won't lock you into a long contract.
If the work doesn't produce value, you should be able to leave. We scope honestly, deliver against that scope, and earn the renewal.
The one thing we will do: Start with what's actually blocking your business from getting more qualified enquiries, then build the digital work around that problem. Sometimes it's SEO. Sometimes it's a faster website. Sometimes it's fixing your call handling. Often it's a combination. We'll tell you which.
